- Complete application to become approved as a tenant.
- Pass a background and credit check.
- Management must approve any home being considered.
- A full home inspection must be completed.
- Any necessary repairs must be completed.
- Change of title must be completed.
NOTE: If buying a new house through a dealer, the price should include:
- Transport and set-up with City of Salem approved permits.
- The home and Park Package must be Sunnyside approved prior to start of work, and include: shed, deck with steps front and back, gutters & downspouts, hose bib, skirting, landscaping, awnings.
